What is FANZ?
Membership of the Franchise Association of New Zealand is only available to those who meet the membership criteria and undertake to comply with the Association's Rules, Codes of Practice and Ethics.
For franchisors, their membership includes ensuring that their franchise documentation complies with the Codes, particularly in such important areas as disclosure, cooling off periods and dispute resolution.
